You built something that works. Employees count on you. Clients count on you. Your family is proud of you and also tired of what it costs. Somewhere along the way, the people around you stopped being the people you could be honest with. Not because they failed you. Because the job changed who you need at the table.

You are not broken. You are structurally alone. And that is not something you can solve by working harder.

This is not a networking group. It is not a mastermind. It is not a lecture series with a cocktail hour. It is a table where you stop performing and someone still stays.

A monthly gathering of Denver-area leaders at Moss Denver. A catered lunch, time to land, a brief stage moment that sets the tone, and then the real thing: over two hours of honest, facilitated conversation at a table of eight people who actually know each other.

Two tracks. Established Leaders are founders and operators who have been carrying the weight for years. Emerging Leaders are less experienced, might not have a team yet, but are building something and learning as they go. Each track gathers on its own day, once a month. A Mentorship Bridge connects the two.

The research behind why this exists is not vague. Leaders are structurally alone, and that isolation costs them their health, their marriages, and their integrity. This community is the intervention point where the spiral breaks. Read the Thesis

Eight people. Intentionally placed, not random. Diverse in industry, similar in leadership stage.

Your cohort stays together for a full session of five gatherings. That is long enough to get past the surface and into the conversations that actually change something. At the session break, you can stay or mix. Cohorts that have built real trust are encouraged to keep going.

Each gathering, a different member of the table leads it. The role rotates. No permanent hierarchy, no outside facilitator. True peers, each taking a turn to hold the space. The table leader keeps the conversation honest, draws in the quiet voices, and limits themselves to their own turn. They also get to step behind the curtain and participate in the hospitality and service that makes the evening work.

This is a community built to last years. Not a program you complete. A table you return to because the people around it have become the kind of friends who know where the weight sits and do not look away.

Established Leaders
Founding Rate
$325 /month
Full catered gathering, peer-led cohort, community access, welcome and end-of-session events.
Emerging Leaders
Founding Rate
$175 /month
Same community, same values, same depth. Hospitality scaled to a different stage. The conversations are just as real.
Both groups have full access to mentorship pairing and everything we are building beyond the table.

Founding rates lock in for as long as you stay. They will not be offered again after the first session fills.

This Does Not Work Without It

Members commit to a full session of five gatherings. An eight-person table does not work if people come and go. The trust breaks. The rhythm breaks. The table never gets past the surface. This is not a suggestion. It is the mechanism. Read the Pact

If you miss two gatherings in a single session, your seat is released and any prepayment is forfeited. No exceptions. We would rather have an empty chair than someone who treats this table like something they get to when they can. The people around you are investing their vulnerability on the assumption that you will be there next month. Showing up is the minimum.

First & Last Prepay
Pay for the first and last gathering upfront. Monthly for the middle three. You have skin in the game from day one, and you have already decided to finish before you start.
Full Session Prepay
Pay all five months upfront. One decision. You are all in.
Come and See

Before each session launches, we host a free evening at Moss for anyone who is curious. No pressure. Just a chance to meet the community, see the room, talk to people who are already at the table, and decide if this is the kind of place you have been looking for.

Dates announced by email. If you want an invitation, start a conversation with Jordan.

Take a half day once a month. Block the afternoon. Get home early for a family evening. We built this to give you back your night, not take it.

Every member starts with a conversation with Jordan. Not a sales call. A real conversation about where you are in your leadership and what you are looking for. The community needs people who are ready for this kind of work. The right people self-select when the vision is clear.

If you want to understand why this exists before you reach out, start with the Thesis. If you want to see the full picture of what we are building, explore Beyond the Table. If you want to know what we ask of each other, read the Pact. If you want to see what we practice, start with the Values. If you want to know more about me and why I am building this, meet the Architect.
