Two groups. One bridge.

Table & Trail runs two parallel communities. The established leaders have been carrying weight for years. The emerging leaders are stepping onto the trail for the first time. Same values. Same structure. Same emphasis on vulnerability and soul care. Different problems. Same isolation.

Mentorship is the bridge between the two. It is where the leadership value turns outward. A seasoned leader gets to do something with their experience besides survive it. An emerging leader gets access to someone who has already walked the road they are on and is willing to be honest about what they learned getting through it.

Established Leaders
Mentor
You are giving back what someone gave you, or what nobody gave you and you wish they had. One emerging leader. One conversation a month. The shape is yours to set. This is leadership in its most direct, personal, relational form.
Emerging Leaders
Be Mentored
You get someone who has been where you are now. Someone whose attention is hard-won, given freely. The point is not to be saved. The point is to not walk it alone.
How it Works
Pairing
Twice per session we host a pairing event: structured short conversations between established and emerging leaders designed to find a natural connection. No forced matches. Both people choose.
Training
Each session includes mentorship training. How to mentor well. How to be mentored well. How to initiate, structure, and sustain the relationship so both sides grow sharper.
Cadence
Monthly conversations. Pairings commit for one session. Some last a season. Some last years. Both people are better for it.
Cost
Nothing. This is part of being at the table.
Confidentiality
What is said between mentor and mentee stays there. Always.

If you want to mentor, tell me. If you want to be mentored, tell me. I will know who to walk you toward.
